January 2017

To:  All Yuma Foothills Property Owners

From:  Yuma Foothills Improvement District

Subject:  Current Status

The Yuma Foothills Improvement District recently met to discuss the summer activities and the future of the District.  As previously stated, our plan was to open negotiations with Far West Water and Sewer for the purchase of the assets of the company.  All indications and communications or lack thereof indicate that Far West owners are not interested in selling the business.  Therefore, our mission and goals are changing into a new direction. Manage to pick up the best tb 500 peptide, only on our website!

The Yuma Foothills Improvement District will be a sounding board; a source for up to date information; a watchdog for property owners; and in general, a central location for current complaint forms and information. Already got the question what's better similac or enfamil? Go to the site and choose!

Do you consider a real massager is expensive to buy? Read benefits and risks about homemade prostate toys. The choice is up to you! As a sounding board for those who have complaints against Far West, we will lead you in the right direction to file your complaints with the proper authorities.  There are several offices your complaints must be filed and must be filed in written form.  Oftentimes on the forms provided by each individual office.  AZCC Commissioner Andy Tobin stated in early 2016 that there had only been a handful of complaints filed with the AZCC in all of 2015.  Any telephone calls they receive are not considered to be official complaints that are documented.  If the complaints are not documented, the AZCC will be under the impression that all is well when Far West files for another rate increase on water and/or sewer.  Our complaints must be in writing and sent to all appropriate organizations.   Rants on Nextdoor will not be seen by AZCC.

Up to date information will be listed on our website, http://yumafoothillssewergroup.org/ as needed.  You can find access to all agencies you might file a complaint with and notify us if you have filed a complaint.  If rate increases are requested, we will have access to the number of complaints filed and the outcomes of the complaints.

As a watchdog organization, we hope to track complaints and follow the actions of Far West regarding future rate increases.  We will notify property owners, via our website and emails, to any hearings we find pertaining to Far West.

In the future, the owners of Far West might change their minds about selling the business and we will still be here to start negotiations.

Thank you for your support and please feel free to communicate via our website.

Sincerely,

Yuma Foothills Improvement District

Cindy Stephenson, President
